Siciliano from Flute Sonata No.2 in E-Flat Major

Arranger:

Edited by Milford Myhre
Ronald Barnes created several arrangements of Bach's "Siciliano", from Flute Sonata No.2 in E-flat Major. Barnes used a piano score owned by Ira Schroeder to create his first arrangement, dated March 24, 1971, while in Lake Wales, Florida. His second arrangement is dated January 31, 1982 with the notation that he was in Washington D.C. While in Berkeley, California, he created his third and final arrangement, dated May 5, 1994, in A minor.

American Carillon Music Editions chose to publish Barnes's first arrangement, edited, and transposed from G minor to D minor, by Milford Myhre. The dynamic markings are suggestions by the arranger.
