Bacharaban

Bacharaban features influences from three cultures: an Arabic pitch mode, a Latin American Rumba dance rhythm, and a pedal point inspired by Bach's Prelude to his G-Major Suite for Solo cello (BWV1007). Bacharaban represents a community in which each person and culture is valued, and all voices are heard to inspire one another to new creative and collaborative dimensions.
